Please be aware that a number of Astute downstream customers in the Vancouver area have been experiencing ongoing DDoS attacks for the past week. This has caused congestion on several of Astute's upstream interfaces resulting in packet loss and increased latency on the Astute network in Vancouver and Seattle.
